Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SaveGuroo. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SaveGuroo ("SaveGuroo", "we", "us", or "our") covering your use of the SaveGuroo mobile application and the website saveguroo.com(together, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@saveguroo.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, or via our Account Deletion page.

4. The Service

SaveGuroo is a platform that connects shoppers with deals, discounts, and rewards offered by partner retailers. Offers are created and fulfilled by retailers, not by SaveGuroo. While we work to keep listings accurate and current, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or terms of any offer, product, or service provided by a retailer.

5. Offers, claims, and redemptions

  • Offers may be limited in quantity, time, or location, and may show live countdowns. An offer can expire or sell out before you redeem it.
  • Redemption codes are personal to you, are intended for one-time use unless stated otherwise, and must be presented as instructed by the offer.
  • Each offer may carry additional retailer terms, which apply alongside these Terms.
  • Savings amounts shown in the app are estimates based on retailer-provided pricing and are for information only.

6. Loyalty points, rewards, and referrals

  • Loyalty points, badges, and referral bonuses have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards or referral program at any time, including adjusting point balances earned through error or abuse.
  • Creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or other manipulation of rewards may result in forfeiture of points and suspension of your account.

7. Subscriptions

  • Parts of the Service are free; optional paid plans may unlock additional features. Prices and features are shown in the app before you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed by those stores under their terms, and can be cancelled in your store account settings.
  • Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policy, payments are non-refundable.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse offers or redemption codes, including reselling, sharing, or redeeming them fraudulently.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to access it by automated means, or probe its security.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful.

9. Retailer accounts

If you register as a retailer, you additionally agree that:

  • Your business information (including your trade license details) is accurate and kept up to date.
  • You will honour every offer you publish, on the terms shown to customers, for its stated validity period and quantity.
  • You are solely responsible for the products and services you sell, including their quality, safety, and legal compliance.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the SaveGuroo name, logo, design, and software, is owned by SaveGuroo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. Retailer names and logos belong to their respective owners.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services such as app stores, sign-in providers, and mapping services, and may link to retailer websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Your purchases from retailers are transactions between you and the retailer.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveGuroo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including disputes with retailers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or BDT 1,000 if you have paid nothing).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SaveGuroo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse offers or rewards, or create risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
